It is located in Canada in the area of Quebec at approximately miles of Montreal and is located near the St Lawrence River. The signature of the charter of twinning between Laval Quebec and Laval (France) is dated of 1984. The particularity of the twinning is to get associated two Cities with the same names... Laval Quebec city is born on 1964 of the association between 14 towns of Laval Island and become the second city in term of inhabitants of the Quebec area. French and English are spoken currently and this a beautifull region for tourism, culture and sport activities.
